We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form, e-mail or phone. This includes:

Project information — garden description, area, requirements and other information provided in your enquiry
Billing details — company name, VAT number, billing address (when a contract is entered into)

Contact and project data are processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, preparing a price quote and, if applicable, carrying out the project (design, installation and servicing of the irrigation system). The legal basis is pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
